When you ask for a quote, fill out a contact form, or call us, we collect:

- Your service address, so we can scope the work
- Project details you share, like yard size, services needed, and timing
- Anonymous website data, like pages visited, time on site, and general region
We collect this for one reason. We want to answer your question and provide the landscaping work you asked about.
How We Use Your Information
We use what you give us to book consultations, scope and price your project, talk with you during the work, and send invoices. We never sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. There are no exceptions.
Information Sharing With Austin Service Crews
When you book Austin landscaping service, we share your contact details and address with the crew assigned to your property. That includes your name, service address, phone number for day-of calls, and any notes about gate codes, pets, sprinkler locations, or how to get onto the property. Crews do not get your email address or any payment details.
We do not share your information with other landscaping companies, marketing firms, lead services, or any outside party for promotions.
Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site. It collects anonymous data, like pages visited, time on site, and general region. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We also use CallRail to track phone calls from our website. CallRail logs the time, length, and source of each call. We do not store call recordings unless you say it is okay.
Quote Request Information Retention
Say you ask for a quote but do not become a customer. We keep your contact details for 12 months in case you reach back out, then we delete them. For active customers, we keep records for as long as we work together, plus 7 years for tax and accounting. After that, we delete them for good.
Texas and Other State Privacy Rights
Austin and Texas residents have privacy rights. So do residents of California and other states with privacy laws. You can ask what personal information we collect, ask us to delete it, and opt out of any sale of your data. We do not sell data to anyone.
